To Order

• Decide on what you want to order, make a note of the design name of the card
• Click on the order form link below to download order form
• Complete the order form and post it with a cheque payable to Dawn Clowes to the following address. Alternatively email it to me and post a cheque to me with 50% deposit or the full amount.

Additional Information

• Commencing work on your order

Before work can start on your card order, a completed order form and cheque MUST be received by Illustr8or. You will receive confirmation by email or post. 

• Changing or canceling your order

Please let me know as soon as possible if you want to change your order or cancel it. Contact me by email or post, Illustr8or, 47 Douglas Place, Oldbrook, Milton Keynes, MK6 2XH.

However any orders that are cancelled 7 days prior to the date of delivery will be expected to be paid in full.

• Delivery times

Delivery for all cards       within 2 weeks from the date of receiving your order.
Personalised cards        within 2-3 weeks – please specify 'deliver by' date on the order form.
Wedding/Party invitations - 2-4 months, although individual requirements can be discussed and depending on availability of materials, it would be advised to place an order as soon as possible. If orders of invitations cannot be fulfilled you will be notified as soon as possible.

Delivery is included in the cost of single card orders but for all other amounts please check the table below.

Wedding/Party Invitations

 Samples

Wedding/Party stationery samples can be sent on request by using the same order form. (Excluding table plans) A maximum of 3 samples will be provided without charge. Any additional samples required will be charged at £0.50 per sample.

Fonts

A wide selection of fonts are available when ordering your invitations. Please specify which font style you require and email your exact wording to me on an email or please email it as an attached word document) which you want printed on or inside your invitations.

However Wedding/Party invitations/stationery may be hand delivered (if local buyer) and arrangements should be made and agreed by both parties.

Your goods may differ from the photos/samples provided if the paper or card required to make the card cannot be sourced. Every attempt will be made to ensure the final result is as close to the ordered card/s as possible. However if you are dissatisfied please return the card/s in perfect condition and a full refund will be provided.
